Again I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and willingness to make sure that the car buying process was a painless experience. First time Honda owner Anthony Denardo was a top of the line Sales member. He helped me with all of my needs. He was knowledgeable of the cars I looked at and very patient with me trying to decide on a car. After being there for over 6 hours I believe got a very fair deal. He made sure he showed me everything before I left with the car same day I looked at it. Anthony Sacco in finance was also a pleasure to work with. My gf and I felt very taken care of and felt as if we knew these guys for awhile. They made us feel right at home. There were a few hiccups over the next 2 months. The next day after I bought my car the battery went dead, most likely being so cold out and the car sitting around on the lot to be sold. Carlo, the sales manager I also worked with called a tow company and they came out and gave me a jump right away. Part of my deal was to have a car starter put into the car. This part was very rocky. My car was at their 3rd party install place a total of six times. I was patient but I was also loosing my patience at the very least. When you buy a new car you want everything to work perfectly. It's not Honda's fault its this 3rd company that couldn't get their things together. Anthony tried to make it as easy as awful as it was trying to make it right. The last time the 3rd party company couldn't get things right which was over a month and half Anthony and Honda went out of their way to give me a factory Honda car starter. A $700-800 worth unit. I have had no issues with it and very appreciative of what they did. I will always mention this dealership and Anthony to any of my friends looking to purchase a new car. Outstanding place! More
