My wife and I were in the market for a lightly used car and weren't looking forward to dealing with anyone at a car dealership. We had settled on a Mazda 3 Sport hatchback. The Honda Gallery in Reading had a 2010 Mazda 3 in their used inventory and the price was easily the most competitive in the area. We worked with Carlo and Arthur in sales and Junior and Nick in finance. These guys are knowledgeable but very genuine and personable as well. Everything was done timely on their end. They were extremely communicative and they worked with our insurance company and lending institution to ensure a smooth process. Plus, they’re all extremely down-to-earth guys. We felt as if we were buying from a trusted family member. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting and talking with all of them while we were getting the deal done! Herve and Tigran were outstanding--knowledge, service, courtesy and professioanalism They turned me back to Honda, which is my fourth Accord and I keep them for 7 years! Talk about loyalty BUT since my kids are through school and my mortgage is paid off, I looked hard at "moving up" to a "luxury car" I researched, checked out You Tube reviews and drove Audi, BMW and Mercedes. Then I walked into Honda Gallery and was reminded what a great car and value the Accord is and what a pleasure it is to deal with highly professional no pressure salespersons. I did buy the V6 Coupe. What a car! It has more technology than the luxury cars I drove (I was comparing it to the Audi 4, the BMW 3 series and the MB CLA) The camera in the right side mirror that displays on the big screen the lane on the right side is amazing and is the only one of its kind. The fit, finish, standard features, and efficiency are top notch. Herve was the best. His skill and welcoming personality is a winning combination. He never pressured me but let the car sell itself but he had all the answers and was so pleasant to deal with. I had a few special requests because I wanted some work done on my 2005 Accord which I am giving to one of my grandkids. I wanted it inspected, detailed and checked. Tigran closed the deal for me when he said, "We'll have that car (already in very good shape) looking like new and I will make sure the price is right. He came through,, including delivering it to my daughter's driveway for me! And the old Accord looks almost as good as the new one. I am a big fan and have spread the word. More

Friendly greeting when entering the dealership. Showroom is well laid out, bright and welcoming. Herve (sales person), Junior (Finance) and Frank (Manager) were all very friendly and attentive to my needs / is well laid out, bright and welcoming. Herve explained and showed me the different models and options available, without pushing me in one direction or another. I went for the CRV EX-L with Navigation. An offer was made on the selected vehicle and accepted without all the drama. I did have one small question when completing the paperwork with Junior. Junior immediately told me to stand by one second while he went to get Frank the manager. Within 5 scones, Frank cleared up the question, asked me several times if I was satisfied, and all was done. The new vehicle was ready for pick up when promised. Herve made sure he went over all the features and options of the car before I left the lot. Herve made me promise to return to fill up the tank again, as the gas gauge was not quite pegged out. (I think it was shy 1/2 gallon.) Herve followed up with a phone call the next day to insure we were happy with the car, followed up by a thank-you card in the mail the next day. I have purchased many cars in the past. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
