I actually felt bad for the number of times I went back and forth with him trying to coordinate, but he always called back when he said he would and I never sensed a single complaint. We really appreciated all his efforts on top of his professionalism and friendliness throughout. I work in an industry where how you serve customers differentiates the excellent from the good, and Herve was excellent. He was consistent and never missed a beat in his help towards us - fantastic. Carlo was helpful in working with us to find a car with a realistic price point and was straightforward and no-nonsense - all good things and it made our decisions easier and respected the time of all parties involved. Junior got us in and out and despite being busy with a full load of customers, he was also willing to fit us into schedules (due to my/our time crunch and lack of availability) and was informative as we were trying to figure out some aspects of registration particular to my cousin being an international student. My cousin absolutely loves the pre-owned Honda, was happy with the price, and our entire experience affirms that we made the right choice in doing business with the Honda Gallery. Everyone appeared to work as a team and we're happy we didn't need to go anywhere else! More

My wife and I had a great experience at Honda Gallery from the minute we walked in. There was a very friendly greeter there, and we were able to speak with Cory the manager, who told us about Honda Galle from the minute we walked in. He then introduced us to Rob, who was the best sales consultant I've dealt with when buying a car. His knowledge of the product was second to none, he was able to build a great rapport with my wife and I, and he had a general concern for what we wanted to buy and made sure we were getting the car we were looking for. We also worked a bit with Carlo, who also did a great job helping us get the perfect deal for our budget. Finally, I worked with Anthony in finance who helped explain all the paperwork thoroughly and gave me options for add-ons, but was not pushy at all. I'd recommend Honda Gallery to anyone I know who was looking to purchase a car! More

From the moment I inquired about buying a car on the phone to walking out the door with my new car my experience was exceptional. My sales associate Ryan was just great. Also, Ryan brought over Carlo to go through some numbers and I braced myself because I am very familiar with purchasing cars, and I figured he was going to give my the usual deal of talking numbers and not getting anywhere. But I was pleasantly surprised that that didn't happen. The numbers were provided to me, and our negotiations were smooth and direct. In closing the deal, Anthony Sacco processed the paperwork quickly and accurately (can be a long drawn out process, but it was not this time). I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. I will most definitely go back for my next vehicle. More

This is my second purchase from Honda Gallery of Reading and obviously I had a great first experience because I returned for another. I also sent my daughter-in-law to Honda Gallery. This second purchase far exceeded my expectations. First let me start with Brian "Sully" Sullivan. He's not your typical salesman type but rather your friend that happens to sell cars. I really hate walking into a dealership and have the sales person speak to the person sitting next to me just because he's a guy when I'm the one buying the car. Sully has NEVER done that, he treats me with respect...I like that! He walked me through the whole process and taught me all the bells and whistles. Next was Junior Rodriguez. I love this kid! He's the finance person as well as the added on extras person. He was so pleasant to deal with. He got me the extras I wanted and felt I needed without being pushy (I don't respond well to pushy!). One last thing...I need to give a shout out to Frank McLaughlin too! He is very friendly and makes you feel at home. I'll continue to send friends and family in to see Sully and the rest of the Honda Gallery Crew! I would recommend them highly! More
