Literally had to harass them to send plate and registration. Would not issue another temp tag after it expired. Was told if I was pulled over to tell the officer to call the dealership to confirm registration. Would not issue another temp tag after it expired. Was told if I was pulled over to tell the officer to call the dealership to confirm tags were legit. Zero follow up from the salesperson after the sale. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I call at 330 and was told the appointment is just to drop the vehicle off not to have service. Asked for service manager who returned my call 30 min later and told me the vehicle was being looked at as we spoke. An hour later they called to tell me that they have to drop the catalytic converter to find the issue. I gave them permission to move forward. Today no call all day. I called the service department and was told my service advisor along with the service manger are gone for the day and not back until Tuesday. Then I was told that the mechanic working on my vehicle is also out till Tuesday. Asked to speak with the General manager and he was too busy to talk with a customer. Horrible customer service. Ugh. So frustrating. More
Extremely disappointed with this dealership and what feels like very misleading advertising practices. The truck we went to see had a sticker price around $50,000, but it was listed online on multiple w feels like very misleading advertising practices. The truck we went to see had a sticker price around $50,000, but it was listed online on multiple websites — including the dealership’s own website — for approximately $31,000. Before even discussing the truck seriously, I specifically asked the salesperson why there was such a huge difference between the sticker price and online price. I showed him the listing directly on my phone. He assured me multiple times that the online price was the actual price I would pay and even explained that it was a “discount for online shoppers.” He literally stated that because I brought in the online listing, that was the price I qualified for. After wasting our time at the dealership and getting deep into negotiations, suddenly we were informed the vehicle was “misadvertised” and that the real price was actually over $41,000. They came back with a $40k price tag with warranty or a $38k without one. After we left annoyed and disappointed that they would not adhere to there advertised fees, they called me and said they could do $37k without warranty or $35k without. This felt completely deceptive and like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get customers into the dealership. Whether it was intentional or not, the misinformation, wasted time, and complete lack of accountability were unacceptable. Buyers should be extremely cautious, screenshot everything, and get pricing in writing before stepping foot into this dealership. More
Shady book keeping. Overcharged sales tax. Took too long for out of state tags to come in and when they did, they tried stating we owed additional money because they did Overcharged sales tax. Just bought a 2024 Rubicon 4xe from Noel Pacheco at Route 130 CDJR. Noel embodies all of the bad things anyone has ever heard about used car salesmen. I wasted time just getting him to agree to the internet 130 CDJR. Noel embodies all of the bad things anyone has ever heard about used car salesmen. I wasted time just getting him to agree to the internet listed price, as opposed to some made up number. When we picked up the Jeep he gave us one key, promising to get the other one from a secret locked office the next day, Instead, he then told us he had to track down the missing key from "the guy who traded the Jeep to them". Turns out this "guy" is nonexistent, Route 130 CDJR has owned this Jeep since it was manufactured. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the GM, John Crooks, called and told me he'd resolve the issues. However, that was 10 days ago and still only one key. It's a bad sign when a salesman places the cost of a single key over the value of a happy customer, stay away from Noel. Love the Jeep, but the buying experience was awful. They also claimed they switched my insurance to the new Jeep, and failed to do that as well, even though my temporary registration shows it as being done. Buyer beware! More
