Retract Previous Review I purchased a 2015 chrysler 200 about a month ago from bobby. As he kept insisting i log on to write a review i figured why not considering i had an enjoyable experience. Here we are one month later and I completely retract everything I said in my previous review. Less than a thousand miles into owning the car and it is already in the shop due to constant stalling while on highways and side roads. Was explained to me that i had a 3 yr 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and a 7 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. So lets do the math the car is a 2015 so i was told warranty was good until 2018 or 36000 miles, brought it to the shop today only to be informed that my car was only covered for another 2 months...2015-2017 is only 2 years. Thanks for the wrong information. I truly hope he mis spoke and didnt straight up lie to sell the car even though i tend to lean towards the latter. So my car is a deathtrap, am i offered a rental or loaner car for the time the car is being worked on? nope was told i need to pay out of my own pocket...makes sense right? didnt think so. I have spoken with chrysler headquarters and they have assured me that my issues will be taken care of so fingers crossed. Unfortunaly i absolutley cannot reccomend a dealership that knowingly sells cars with defects nor can i reccomend salespeople who claim to care about there customers but in reality will do whatever it takes and tell whatever lies they need to in order to make the sale. I will not be back nor do i reccomend dealing with this place or salesman. Horrible More

Great selling and buying experience I went to see Bobby because I've already worked and had a great experience with him in the past. When I stopped by he was out on the road and I was dealing with a gentleman named Milton, who is also a great person and another stellar example of what a car salesman should be. Needless to say I ended up purchasing my dream truck with him and the experience was awesome. I got way more vehicle for my money than I was expecting, and a better than luxury brand purchase experience, and I have worked in the auto business for the last 15 years. When you buy a truck and can honestly say you made 2 friends in the process how much better can it get? Would and HAVE recommended going to see Bobby or Milton for any vehicle purchase needs! More

Easy and Professional Simple and plain Bobby took care of me. I had a trade in, they had the truck I wanted and they made the numbers work. Our salesman was fairly new to the field, but was helped out by a more seasoned vet, Bobby. It was nice to see the teamwork in play here. Bobby was very friendly and able to help us get the deal we were looking for. The dealership was very busy at the time and only had one finance manager available, so it did take a lot longer than expected. They offered us water and were very friendly to our toddler. Justo, the finance manager, was easy to talk to and explained all of our options. In the end it was definitely a long day but we were able to drive away with a great deal and truck. Thanks guys! More
