Car was in service for several days and was given a loaner car, no hassles (that was great!). Rich Warren was easy to work with and communicate with. Just didn't like waiting for car to be washed at pickup since I advised my arrival an hour before hand and car was ready for a few hours. It's hard working full time overnight shift and classes full time days - my minutes are super precious. I would have given an excellent rating if the car was ready to go on my arrival. Otherwise, it was overall good experience and I appreciated the super easy communication since talking on the phone is not always convenient. More
