The service department horrible! ! This department never gives a loaner. I have had my car in a few times for service one time it was there for months and I revieved no car. Today I a ! Today I am again stuck without a car even though the service called me yesterday to tell me the diagnostics and ask for approval to move forward. The man told me the car would be ready by the end of the day. I recieved no call or text to let me know what was going on. Today I find out the part was never delivered and it won't be in until next week. Uggh!! I am reminded why I should go elsewhere for my next car. More

My initial experience with my salesman Jeremy was a positive one. We hammered out the deal for my new Durango and I was satisfied. Unfortunately, a little less than a month later everything went downhi positive one. We hammered out the deal for my new Durango and I was satisfied. Unfortunately, a little less than a month later everything went downhill. Since I reside out of state I was issued a temp tag. The tag is set to expire and I have not been able to get a response from Jeremy regarding the status of my permanent plates. I have left several messages, and still no reply. Not only do I feel this is inconsiderate but it’s unprofessional not to give a customer the common courtesy of a phone call. The dealership seems to be more concerned with making the sale than taking care of the customer. More
