I am extremely disappointed with the poor workmanship of their technicians and the lack of follow-through with their reps. I have been visiting this dealership since 2017, and I have experienced multiple i their technicians and the lack of follow-through with their reps. I have been visiting this dealership since 2017, and I have experienced multiple issues that could have been avoided if the staff had been more cautious when working on clients' vehicles. These Jeeps are not cheap! My previous 2016 Sahara Wrangler had issues due to service technicians scratching the side of my hood, as a result of their tool belt scraping the side of my car during vehicle servicing. We identified a crack radiator after a few years owning the Jeep and brakes that kept freezing which they could not identify ‘why’ until my husband brought it to their attention multiple times and several services later (right front caliber line was collapsed underneath the clamp - he’s an aviation technician), which they finally found upon the warranty ending on my vehicle and was told we would have to reach out the Chrysler if we wanted to dispute the issue any further. Fast forward to now, I have a 2024 Rubicon X 4XE, which came fully equipped with Nappa leather seats, which now have a few scratches due to what was probably another technician and their tools scraping my driver seat. I right away brought it to the attendant's attention, and his response was… “sorry”. I then said, “Don’t you want to see it?” … “uhhh… sure”. I then asked for somebody to get back to me as I have additional questions that have yet to be answered, and although Denise called me back, perplexed, who said she would call me back after she spoke to the person who worked on my vehicle... she did not, since they were busy preparing for their Xmas party. Oh, Denise said the Manager asked me to take a picture of the scratched seat and send it to him. Are you kidding me!!?? I was just there, and your attendant could care less about it! This is absolute carelessness with no regard for the consumer and the hassles we are undergoing with yet ANOTHER 4XE recall! It’s bad enough that we were plagued with this ongoing EV battery issue, to which we have not been able to use our electric mode, resulting in more gas costs and the inconvenience of not being able to park in our garages. Let’s hope this software update does the trick! More
