You will never get a call back from the service department or the sales department at this dealership. When I picked up my certified used car I was not given any paperwork at all, just the keys and department or the sales department at this dealership. So after receiving paperwork from the bank servicing my loan, I saw numbers that did not add up. $2,495.00 for "Paint & Upholstery" Um no I never approved that but only saw it after going back to the dealer to pick up my paperwork. I have left 2 message's for the finance guys but have not received a call back and really don't expect to. Do not go to this dealership they are not honest. This was by the far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I put $8,500.00 down on the car so most dealerships would love to have our business. But this dealership is not recommended in any way. I would not send an enemy to this place. More
