I'm giving an excellent rating cause RT 2 Hundai fit me in when I had no time available to get car serviced . They also gave me good price on tires and front end alignment for my car reasonably priced and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

"Above and beyond"

My story is of a rare nature. I bought my new to me, used 2011 Sonata from a local used lot in my home town, Iannotti Bros Coventry RI. Two days after I drove it off the lot the motor blew. I was not near home but had AAA. I called them first, and then my hometown small dealership. The owner Ron was beside himself and instantly went into a rectify mode. Within 20 minutes he had called the lot he only deals with (Rt2 Hyundai, as they are reputable and he has done business with them for years) and inquired, It had had a motor recall and was addressed and fixed at that time. Well between Mike, John, and Ron (first 2 RT2 guys, Ron my used car deaer) they agreed to have me get towed directly to them and leave Ron out of the fix. Ron asked if I could have AAA bring it there. I graciously agreed as no one intentionally wants you to be stranded, I felt I could help in the process as I wasn't under any warranty that obligated RT 2 Hyundai to fix the issue and the standard 30 days 50/50 at Iannottis. Between John Sadam of RT2 Hyundai and Ron Iannotti of Iannotti Bros in Coventry RI I was never left wondering when what, where, or how long. The motor was replaced and in less than a week!!. I recieved 4 calls from Ron the day it happened and at least 3 more soon after just to see if RT2 had communicated. Yes sir they did! John beat me to the call both times I needed an answer regarding what would be done and when it would be. All is real good concerning what happened and Ron was genuinely upset for me, knowing I had been stranded. He and John are icons of what business men should be, especially in an industry that gets such a bad rap!! They did not need to go above and beyond to the extent they did, but they did and I am extremely grateful beyond words. Thank you Boys! From a very happy Girl.

Our experience was great. We purchased our lease and leased a new car. Garcia was very helpful and personable. He did not pressure us. Brendan in the finance was very helpful as well. It was a great experience.

"poor customer service"

Went to dealership for my new 2017 veloster. Still not fixed. Asked for a rental / loaner. John the service manager stated twice "you can get a rental once you remove your nasty negative comments online." I asked if he was threatening me. He said yes. I told him he would be getting another review on our conversation today. All i want is a safe care. I don't understand how threatening customers is fixing my car. Customer care is unethical.

I have always had a good experience with the service dept. The work and cost is explained up front, the people are very courteous and knowledgeable, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the time estimate for the service is remarkably accurate. No complaints at all!
