"In Short, No honesty in this buisness...."

I just visited RT 22 Honda Service Center for bad battery which was replaced by them in 2014 saying 100 month warranty. Guess what they are lying. I had bad battery cell which resulted not starting car and taking long cell to start. They replaced with full charge!!. Interestingly they strongly recommend to replace transmission fluid which was done year ago by them. After I reminded why I need this again then answers is technician used wrong code....... Filter, again strongly recommended. They even try to show bad filter from someone else car to realize you how bad it is and asking if you want to have it change. I had mine replaced few months back by myself and they are asking to replace it. After remind them that I have replaced by myself this summer, I don't think I need this service. Again technician may have used wrong code! WHAT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME WRONG CODES FOR SERVICES THAT DOES NOT NEEDED!!!!!!!! For other vehicle they service, they have cut and left hanging bar for cabin filer access.

"Dealership Stole Money From Me - I Had To Fight for Refund"

They dealership overcharged my by $5,000. Yes, that's FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. After sending the store manager countless proof of the charge, they still refused to refund me the money. I wasted my gas going to the dealership and going to my bank. They effectively tried to rob me. I wonder how many people they have robbed using this scheme. I have recorded all of the text messages and have proof of all of this, if anyone is interested. Eventually, the store manager texted me back, days after, to tell me I was right and they would refund me the money. They didn't even bother giving me extra warranty on the car or providing me with money for the gas, time, and work hours I spent trying to prove they robbed me. I will be contacting my local news outlet so more people can be away of this. I'm thinking of submitting a police report as well and taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER
