buanas tarde me veo en la obligacion de escribirle ya que por telefono nunca responden. el motivo de haber puesto bien baja la calificacion del vendedor y financista, es por que me considero estafado. hice la compra de un HRV 2019 pero antes lo tuve durante 36 meses en renta, la cual me decidi a comprar y en el termino de la renta el vehiculo me costaba a mi $.15,261.30 + los taxes 1011 total $.16,272.30 y me lo vendieron en $.19448.95.con una diferencia de $.3176.00. de ahi les di $.5000 de entrada. para mi haciendo las cuenta mi financiamiento deberia haber sido $.12,200 incluido los $799.00 de documentacion fee y los $.136.50 de Registracion fee. y les digo por que fui estafado por que tubieron la desfachaces de devolverme un cheque de $.1000.00 para que no los moleste mas. por el alto costo de venta del vehiculo me vi obligado a cancelar HONDA CARE y AUTO CARE cuando deberia venir incluido en la venta ya que el vehiculo solo tiene 19.500 millas. espero que se tome muy en cuenta mi queja y que no se vuelva a repetir con otros cliente. buenas tardes.
