Took my Honda Pilot 2020 to get oil change and they told me it needed several other things, I agreed on getting them because I wasn't sure when it was the last time I had those other parts replaced since I me it needed several other things, I agreed on getting them because I wasn't sure when it was the last time I had those other parts replaced since I have 2 Hondas so I couldn't remember, long story short when I went to my house and checked my documents I found 2 of those parts were replaced a couple months ago already, they made me spend $110 in parts my car didn't needed, I called to speak with the supervisor, they told me I will get a call back, called again and again and they always told me the same story, I never received a call back, no apologize from them and obviously no money back, so next time make sure you review your documents because they will tell you to do stuff your car does not need and they either does not care of they do not keep record of what they perform to your car so they will suggest you to do it every couple months. Also they told me my car needed a part which it was under warranty but it wasn't in stock so they will call me to schedule an appointment for that, a month later and I am still waiting More

Although it was unexpected Paul kept me informed throughout the process and called me when the job was completed. At Honda I know that my car is being repaired right that piece of mind is priceless. I would not be coming back there ! They tried to sell me tires when I just got new tires from them not even a year ago . Then they told me I need a wheel alignment , transmission fluid in which I didn't nee tires when I just got new tires from them not even a year ago .
