I definitely see changes in some of the attitudes of the employees. Work ethics are so crucial and valuable for repeat business. Although, there are still a few who have their own ideal of what good work ethics are. If you think I”m exaggerating, Just look at the demeanor on their faces when you glance over at them too long. If you don’t like a certain kind of people, or that’s just the way you are and nobody’s going to change it, fake it until you leave work. Overall, I love ❤️ this place and my service writer, Paul Giameo, for his excellent service. More

Paul Giameo my service advisor helped to determine what was needed to figure out cause of the tire leak. Paul recommended to go to Mavis discount tire and have them submerge the entire tire in the tank and was needed to figure out cause of the tire leak. The service center tried to scam us out of one thousand dollars to fix our 2018 Odyssey after running a “diagnostic” on it. We had two issues: The passenger side sliding door was showing an error on the dollars to fix our 2018 Odyssey after running a “diagnostic” on it. We had two issues: The passenger side sliding door was showing an error on the dash panel. The passenger side 3rd row seat was stuck and would not fold down. We were told that the “pinch sensor” for the sliding passenger side door was bad and it would need to be replaced, which would cost around 500. It turned out to be a nerf gun bullet that got caught in the track of the door after looking at it more closely. We were told the entire seat and frame would need to be replaced to correct the folding third row seat issue, which would have cost around 500 to fix. We wanted a second opinion on this, so we brought it to Open Road Honda in Edison. Within an hour of dropping the vehicle off I received a call from their service center stating that the issue was caused by a piece of plastic stuck in the hook for the locking mechanism and that the issue was resolved, with no charge to us. Prior to taking the vehicle for a second opinion, I tried working with the service center at Hillside Honda since the vehicle has very low mileage and it was only a few months out of warranty, but nobody seemed to want to assist. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call back from someone to work on possible options, but those calls never came. I feel strongly that if the vehicle were still under warranty, these costly repairs would not have been the root cause of our vehicle issues. I’ve leased my last 3 minivans from Hillside Honda (2012-2018) and will never shop there again. I’ll also warn all friends and family members to never use your sales room or service center either and to seek out their Honda purchase elsewhere. More

Horrible customer service and horrible communication skills between employees .
