They didn’t solve my issue. When I was Leaving the dealer same problem occurred and had to go right back and they told me what will solve it. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me before I left the deal same problem occurred and had to go right back and they told me what will solve it. Our purchase experience was great but the service station has been hit or miss. The very first oil change they forgot to replace the cap and we ran out of oil and our 3 month old car was smoking and overheat has been hit or miss. We worked things out with the manager, Mr. Persaud, and still continued to get oil changes there every three months. Each time we got a free oil change we would have an additional paid service performed. On the last visit, yesterday, my husband was told that we would have to spend $150 in order to get a free oil change. We were never told that there is an exact dollar amount required in the past and we should have been notified if this is a new policy. My husband drove an hour to get there from our new home and was treated very disrespectfully by Mr. Roman. He felt as if he was being pressured to get a service that we may not need. He paid for the oil change and will not return. We are going to find a new place to service our car. More
