Route 22 Honda - Service Center

The service manager was ok .I had to leave my car,no transport was provided. The worst part was the cashier.she was very rude to my wife.the slimly built cashier. my wife went to pick up the car she as transport was provided. She told her she had no idea because she didn’t take the car in .my wife had to go and make enquiries.the last time I was there she was also very rude and obnoxious why should people be rude to you when you are spending your money..unacceptable More

The service was excellent!!! The wait was a couple of hours, and Robert kept in constant contact with me informing me of the progress of the car repair and how soon I could pick up my vehicle. Also I might add that the technicians are very patient and compassionate. because I had not driven my car in quite a while I had forgotten how to operate the windshield wipers. I thought there wasn't any more in the care; however, the techs were patient and gave me instructions on using the windshield wipers....with no judgment. I recommend Route 22 Honda because they are professional and the service is always excellent!!!!! More
