Outstanding I don't think using the word "outstanding" to describe my experience with Route 22 Toyota Scion would be an overstatement. My wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman by the name of Richmond Ejiofor. Richmond was an absolute professional. He was eager to help but without being pushy - it appeared to be out of a genuine desire to be helpful, rather than just for the sake of making a sale. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured or like we were being jerked around. And at no point were any games played - no attempt to upsell, no attempt at pulling a bait-and-switch. It was all upfront. No surprises. No hassle. After my wife and I bought the car, we noticed what we believed to be a blemish in the paint - one that couldn't simply be buffed out. It was a small spot, and I felt a little petty asking Richmond about it. As soon as he saw what I was talking about he did, in fact, buff it right out for me, and without making me fee small about it. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. He offered to help me out the next day so i agreed and left, my girlfriend wrote a post about rt 22 services on FACEBOOK 10 MIN LATER the manager calls me askin me to ask my girl to remove the post, realy and if i dont get an oil change there i lose my warranty i feel like contacting a lawer just might i dont need to be harassed if the servise sucks change it More

This last experience, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The did other services that we did not authorize. Oh yes, we had to wait over two hours again. Beware using the service department at this dealership. More
