I visited 109 route 22 west NJ for the first time in April of 2022 when I desperately needed a new car . Amazing people and a friendly environment to be at !!! Rico the seller was Amazing from start to finish , The finance guy was Yum yum . I noticed majority of the people in this place keep a smiley face :overall. But one personé really impact me positively : Her name is Emily Caraballo, the receptionist. If she is aware you need help , she will make sure you do not leave without her making sure you are satisfy with your request . Always on point . I noticed after the second and third time I visited the office there is something very special about her. She will literally walked to you to find out what you need and go out of her way to provide you excellent customer service satisfaction. I asked to speak to Rod Solis and requested that she gets promoted ASAP because she deserve more .Emily C is a leader filled with love and care for people. Please the next time I get there , let me hear the good news Mr. Rod Solis. You are Amazing and yes I will recommend my friends to 109 route 22 hillside NJ. More

Horrible experience here today. Went in for service and was told I had to pay for service even though I have a Toyota Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Took my car to service department 6 months ago and they still haven't fix it. My car have been driven by someone that live in North Arlignton, they put almost 300 miles on it and I know it because I had Tm still haven't fix it. My car have been driven by someone that live in North Arlignton, they put almost 300 miles on it and I know it because I had Tmobile service on it and it used to tell me when and where my car was driven. Every time I tried to get my car back, they tried to make me pay without fixing it (engine lights on) and last time told me to take the car with me and the light will go out by itself. As a Marine Veteran and a Aicraft Mechanic I feel disappointed every time and excuse comes out as why the car hasn't been fixed in 6 months. They just keep changing diagnostic and opening new tickets, so my car won't show as a warranty from previous work but as a new job/malfunction. After the flooding they couldn't get to my car because their flooded fleet has repair priority over customer's cars. Hopefully I'll get my car back and I won't have to go to that place anymore. I took my car there for a Mass Air Flow Sensor code in June 2021 and today more than six months and $2400 later, the car still doesn't work properly and the dealer won't tell me what's wrong. Hopefully I'll get it back this year (car still at dealers maintenance department) More
