The price had been lowered several times and was within my budget, so I took a ride to have a look at it. Rick, the salesman, was very nice, very knowledgable and took me for a test ride. I loved the car, we finalized the deal the next day and Ford credit gave me a loan, all within 48 hours. I had a great experience there and would highly recommend anyone using them as a dealer. When I had the truck for 1 week, there was an issue with the air conditioner, they fixed it promptly and did not charge me anything. A great organization, go there for your next purchase! More

Between the serv. mgr and the owner, who is very rude to cash cust. appar. telling me i was wearing on him after 2 1/2 years of trying to get all of my car fixed. finally put me off just long enough that I could not put a lemon law on my vehicle and the brakes could not be warrantied. . The owner did express to me that it cost him a lot of money when my car was there for service. Still waiting for their serv. mgr. to call me back, it been 5 months and I had to go to a private garage to get my brakes, rotors and a caliper and pay $500, because of Rte. 23's pathetic treatment of customers, and inability to find the problem but find one's that didn't even exist, fixed which Rt. 23 Auto mall serv. dept. shaved my rotors 3 TIMES and when my mechanic showed me the pic of the problem brake ....I WAS COMPLETELY BAFFLED BY RT. 23 AUTOMALL'S SERVICE INCOMPETENCE !!! No professionalism whatsoever!!! The salesman couldn't look into my eyes, only at my chest as he proceeded to call me honey numerous times and then go on to swear in front of me. He told me I was only worth of a Ford Escape. I took the Explorer for a test drive while they appraised my car. It then took them 45 minutes for them to give me my car keys back after I asked way too many times for them. I then asked where was my car and the answer I got was "it is out there somewhere." I left here so disgusted. I was called by the manager two days later and we discussed what happened. He asked if I would come back in and make a deal on the XLT. I said I would think about it. Well, of course, I never went back. The next night I am getting a phone call from the manager telling me how disappointed he was that I didn't come in because he was expecting me to bring him dinner because "I was such a nice Italian girl." Is that being professional??!!! This past weekend I went to another dealership where I was treated with complete professionalism and respect and I was able to make a fantastic deal on a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT with all the options I wanted and more. More
