The order was placed with Ford in December and didn’t arrive till May. But Steve the salesperson kept me informed and ford gave me updates on the scheduled build. Two days in service for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and Sync s/w update is ridiculous. And this is the second time a simple scheduled service took two days.
