I was there a lot longer than we expected because I had a lot of questions, and he stayed patiently with me until long after he expected to leave so we could finish the process properly. They were very cooperative in giving me a great price, and did not try to pressure me into buying add-ons I didn't need. The only mistake he made in writing up the sales contract was he forgot to charge me for the trunk liner! I was so impressed by the way he treated me that I told him he forgot to charge me (with tax $160). The show room had a sophisticated beverage machine that had a wide choice of free beverages. I enjoyed 3 hot mocha chocolates while I was there. I bought the car on Halloween and they gave me free candy and small bags of chips and popcorn. This is symbolic of my car buying experience there: they went out of their way to make the experience easy and pleasant. More
