Best car buying experience I receive a letter in the mail stated they can take me out of my car and put me in a brand new one for the same payment took the letter to the dealers I receive a letter in the mail stated they can take me out of my car and put me in a brand new one for the same payment took the letter to the dealership work with Fred and Carlton they did exactly what the letter stated with a slightly higher payment by a couple dollars more but I was happy leaving with a new car thanks to Fred and Carlton it was a stress free experience. I had a 2012 Honda Pilot, and had received a letter from Route 23 Honda saying they would buy back my Pilot. That's what sparked my interested. So while my Pilot was being appraised, Steve showed me the 2016 Honda Pilot, and I was blown away by how much better it was. He also showed me a color that I really liked, the steel saphire.
