I had a 2012 Honda Pilot, and had received a letter from Route 23 Honda saying they would b I came into the dealership and was greeted by Steve Mains. I had a 2012 Honda Pilot, and had received a letter from Route 23 Honda saying they would buy back my Pilot. That's what sparked my interested. So while my Pilot was being appraised, Steve showed me the 2016 Honda Pilot, and I was blown away by how much better it was. He also showed me a color that I really liked, the steel saphire. Botton line, I was happy with the whole transaction. More
