NICE!!!!!!! I would like to take a minute to express my thanks to the teamwork of Bryan Kelly & John Greenwald. On Thursday Sept. 18th I took my Pilot in for ser I would like to take a minute to express my thanks to the teamwork of Bryan Kelly & John Greenwald. On Thursday Sept. 18th I took my Pilot in for service and although the service took almost 4 hours Bryan would come into the showroom to find me and keep me informed of what was going on. Very Nice! I never once had to go looking for him. During this time I started checking out the availability of CRV's. John saw me and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him what I might be in the market for and he sat down with me and threw out all the options. No pressure just the facts. Very Nice! After Bryan told me what was wrong with my 2005 Pilot I decided it was time to sell it and look to purchase a newer car. Thursday night my wife & I decided to check out newer used cars online. RAV4's vs. CRV's. Rt. 23 Honda had very little inventory for what I was looking for. First thing Friday morning I got a call from John stating that the CRV I was looking for, a newer used White one with low miles just came in. We talked and I stopped by again. He mentioned It was in service getting certified and spruced up and asked if I'd like to take it for a test drive and get a trade-in value for my Pilot. He took in the Pilot and we went for a test drive. I mentioned that my wife would need to see it and would it be OK to stop back later that evening. John then put the car on hold for me for 24 hours. Later that evening my wife & I stopped back in a RAV4 we were test driving and she took the CRV for a test drive. John explained just about everything the car can do and how things worked. Not only that but the car looked brand new. After giving us time to discuss it we decided to purchase it. My wife left to return the RAV4 and one hour later I was driving home in the CRV. John made this sale happen. His knowledge & demeanor and his ability to listen to the customer is HUGH!!! It's exactly this type of service that sells cars, and makes repeat buyers.
