Very Happy with My Certified CR-V Great experience. Got my CR-V at the monthly I needed. My salesman Stephen was knowledgable and very friendly. A positive experience I just purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot. While Route 23 Honda was my first stop, I also wanted to shop around and look at a few other pre o I just purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot. While Route 23 Honda was my first stop, I also wanted to shop around and look at a few other pre owned Honda Pilots at other dealerships before making my decision. Heivy was great because he didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot. This was very different from some of the other Honda dealerships I visited which was a big turn off. I came back and ended up purchasing from Heivy Gomez at Route 23 Honda not only because of the great price but also because of the customer service he provided. Heivy was excellent to work with and he answered all my questions (I had a lot). My young children were with me during this process and I found the entire dealership to be very welcoming. All staff that I met with during the process were very helpful and patient and did not try and pressure me. That is worth more than words. I will certainly utilize the dealership again and recommend it to others. More

First Car Buying Experience I just leased my new Honda Civic and I have to give a huge thank you to our sales person, Stephen Mains. His knowledge of the car and Honda in general made what could be a very frustrating experience into a very smooth and pleasant one. He really catered to our needs and continued to listen to us even as we sat there way past closing time. He even allowed us the opportunity to put the car on hold and come back the next day after going over our finances, which showed that he truly cares about customer satisfaction. Plus, I must commend him for very tactfully handling my extremely reticent father and all his frustrations. The next day continued to be a wonderful experience as we worked with Sunny Chan to seal the deal. Overall, the entire process was smooth and swift and I will definitely be returning. More

New car buying experience I priced a new Honda Accord online, then called Rt 23 Honda. I was connected to Dino, I told him what I was looking for, he responded by saying " if I I priced a new Honda Accord online, then called Rt 23 Honda. I was connected to Dino, I told him what I was looking for, he responded by saying " if I came into the dealership he would find me the car I was looking for". I went in the next day. Dino was most courteous, found me the car I wanted, handed me the keys and told me to take the car for a test ride. When I got back we wrote up the contract and I drove the car home a hour later. Dino was a very professional salesman, he was friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda. He made the experience most pleasant. I called him a few days later to show me how to use some of the electronics in my new car. He told me to come right over, when I walked into the dealership he walked me out to my car immediately. He showed me everything I asked about and even recommended and set up my radio with stations he thought I would enjoy. Overall, I am happy that Dino was my salesman, he should be commended for a job well done. More
