I've also referred many family members and friends to Route 23 Honda (all with excellent results)! I will continue to service my vehicles and will only purchase from them! My husband contacted 6-8 dealerships and r I usually do not write reviews but I am forced to write a bad review for this Route 23 Honda Dealership NJ. My husband contacted 6-8 dealerships and received multiple quote from them as we were planning on buying a new Honda. My hubby negotiated price with Mark who works at the dealership and convinced us to drive over 2 hours to buy the car. We had requested quotes for Honda 2014 with Navigation System and we have the request for quote that we had submitted. When we went there they showed us a car without the Navi and we are like we negotiated quote for car with Navi and then they backed off from their words on that price. So they made us just sit there and wait and wait and wait and came back saying okay we will try to meet our price because we misunderstood or whatever happened. Then they made us again wait and wait and wait for over 30 minutes and came back saying we CANNOT meet the price. Oh well, we drove over 2 hours not to negotiate, we thought the deal was final and we wanted to bring our new car home!!! The behavior of people was very rude except Steve and it is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that we agree on something and you take your words back. The dealership is dishonest and unreliable. They will give you the best price but take their words back from it. I would definitely not recommend even visiting that dealership again!!! More

We learnt a lesson hard way and if you do not want to waste your time and efforts, please take this dealership off of your list when you request quotes. More

Not too long ago I got a great deal on a honda minivan on other dealer...to lazy to go to route 23 that day to match the deal, with in 2 weeks I needed a service...oh boy..I leaner that cheaper on this case it was not better, what a hard time to get them to work around my schedule or get a loaner on my 2 weeks old car. I realized that the route 23 honda service is not standard among the other dealers...their service is ahead of their peers. When I ready for my next Honda, there is only one place I'll go. More
