Worst sales/financial experience ever! Just left the dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! Patrick seemed to try, but when he left to discuss what was clearly dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! I had a bad experience here. I was lied to about tire insurance added on to my monthly lease payment in the amount $20 extra , and was told I could cancel it anytime. Not true. I can cancel the tire prot insurance added on to my monthly lease payment in the amount $20 extra , and was told I could cancel it anytime. Not true. I can cancel the tire protection/insurance but it will not lower my payment- it will be refunded at the end of the three year lease term. I specifically asked if it could be removed should I find the payments challenging to keep up with. I’m very upset because we are in the middle of a global pandemic and I’m trying to lower my overhead. In regard to Patrick, he was just very unprofessional. First he admitted that it was a pain to pull the car I wanted from another dealership/lot. I wanted a white civic and I ended up with another silver car with dark interior. He made me feel like I was a pain . He’s the one who kept me there for a ridiculous amount of time. Then he kept pressuring me to fill out the survey and to make sure I rated high across the entire thing because even though he knew I was not happy with the first finance guy, that it would reflect poorly on him. So more or less just lie through the entire thing. He also asked for a 5 star google review and then emailed me asking again reiterating the same details about how to answer . Then when I picked up my plates he asked again, but first insulted me by telling me that I was more or less a pain. I chose not to review or fill out the survey last summer when I got the car since I had nothing nice to say, but now that I know I was blatantly lied to -I can honestly say that I didn’t get the car that I wanted and I regret that, was made to feel like crap by Patrick and now this with the extra payment that I can’t afford. I will be returning this lease and cutting ties with this dealership. I forgot to mention that when I went into the email today to fill out the survey it said that I had already completed it.
