What's Good: Speed, hours, availability of loaner cars. Staff is well trained in customer service, though some are less pleasant than others. What's Not: Every time I pull the car in, before I have even dropped it off, the person writing up the service request attempts to sell me on a laundry list other services they "recommend" be performed. Never mind they haven't even looked at the car, these often add up to hundreds of dollars. I contacted Honda Corporation and read the list of services, asking if they were necessary. The answer, "no". I am certain many people who rely on a service center to tell them what their car needs end up paying for what I would call "Unnecessary Surgery" in the auto world. I also know this particular dealer is not alone in this practice, as the quick-lube place near me does the same thing. You go in for a $20 oil change and they want to sell you $400 worth of other things your car "needs". At best it's annoying. At worst it's confusing and costly. That aside, I still take my car there, mostly because it's new and under warranty. More

I've been with this dealership for over 15 years and have always been treated well by all personnel. This is the first car that I'm buying rather than leasing! The Honda Accord is as fine a vehicle as anyone could want. It's beautifully appointed with the latest safety features. I will continue to be serviced at Route 23 Honda for as long as I'm driving. Their service dept. is second to none!! Courteous, efficient and always helpful in every respect. You couldn't find a better run dealership! I rate them 5 stars in every department!!! More
Kevin, Ed, and Jerry helped me out of a really bad situation. My credit is severely damaged and I didn't have a lot of money to put down. I had 2010 Chevy HHR and I still owed 12,000 for. My car was worth 6,000 so they needed to find me a car where they could bury that negative equity. They worked for 10 days and came up with a 2009 Nissan Altima for me. Ed stayed on top of it for those 10 days and didn't give up when I thought there was nothing to be done for me. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

The Service representatives are great. They are quick responding when you drive in. They tell you when repair work needs to be done other than what you bring your car in for. This was by far the absolute best experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car. Dino Riccio was professional, down to earth and delivered everything he promised me with no questions asked. We first spoke on a Tuesday and by Wednesday evening I was able to pick up my new CRV. Wilson Feliciano handled my financial transactions and he too was really great. The dealership in general was warm and friendly and again it was the very best treatment I have ever received. I love my new car and expect to be a Route 23 Honda customer for years to come. More
My experience began when I inquired about a vehicle advertised online; it appeared to be exactly the used CRV I was looking for. I received a very fast response by email shortly followed by a phone ca advertised online; it appeared to be exactly the used CRV I was looking for. I received a very fast response by email shortly followed by a phone call, and was able to make a convenient appointment to see it later that day. But as I pulled into the Route 23 Honda lot I received a call from home that would require me to leave right away. I ran inside, met Ronnie and told him my situation. He was very friendly and more concerned about sending me on my way than the deal. I wanted to see the CRV for just a minute before leaving, which Ronnie was eager to do with no pressure or delay. The next day I texted Ronnie (his suggested way to get in touch quickly and easily) around 9:00 a.m., and we met an hour later to give the CRV a thorough going over and take it for a test drive. All was excellent -- just the vehicle I wanted, in great shape (as I now know to expect with Honda's certification standards), and at a price that didn't even warrant any haggling. I did a lot of research beforehand, so I had a good feel for the market and a fair deal. The rest of my buying experience went very smoothly, including the paperwork, financing and tour of the facilities. And to top things off, I headed home that afternoon followed by Ronnie driving the CRV (he offered to deliver it to my home twenty minutes away!) and another Honda employee in a third vehicle to bring him back. This is my fourth Honda, but my first through Route 23 Honda. I was very impressed with this experience and can say that Ronnie really delivers! More
