This is the second time I have returned to Route 23 Honda to lease a new car, and the professional and friendly service they provided during the maintenance of my previously owned car is what brought me back to lease a new car, and the professional and friendly service they provided during the maintenance of my previously owned car is what brought me back. I was not to be dissapointed when that same service was extended by Nikki, as she was very attentive and friendly during the entire process of selecting my new car. While I knew exactly the model I intended to settle on, I had lots of questions she was able to expand upon with both technical and personal knowledge. And if she did not have all the information, she did not hesitate to seek additional assistance from her constituents, who actually demonstrated a genuine attitude to help and made sure I was satisfied with the information that was provided. In fact, Nikki was timely with any responses when I had other questions through email, texting or by phone. I was really impressed with her fortitude and determination as she had to research and locate the model and style I had decided on from another Honda dealership, since this was a closeout sale of the previous year's model. Finally, when it came down to finalizing the lease paperwork, which I always dread, Sunny actually made the process very pleasent. I could tell by the way he presented the material he knew his business and he was there to make sure I understood everything, and before I knew it I was done in no time. Even though the wrap up was being done late in the evening, you could not tell by the energy Nikki displayed when she walked me to my new car and spent the necessary time to help me inspect the car, review the many new contraptions and assisted in setting up my smartphone with the bluetooth Honda HandsFreeLink. If she was tired, it did not show in her mannerism, because when I finally drove off the lot, I felt like I got the best deal ever. More

Every time I have a question/ issue/ or downright crisis, Poppy Crawford has always been there t you buy a car, it's one day but service is on-going.
