Customer service We purchased two vehicles on the same day. One was A used Jeep the other was a certified pre-own accord sport. They gave us a 30 day temporary reg We purchased two vehicles on the same day. One was A used Jeep the other was a certified pre-own accord sport. They gave us a 30 day temporary registration which I still have not received on the used vehicle and my temporary expires in 4 days. I have been calling that department for the past 5 days and keep getting told they would look into it and get back to me. Well no one ever got back to me Which is why I have had to call for five days in a row and tomorrow will be the sixth day. You would think since we purchased two vehicles on the same day spending close to $40,000 ,they would try a little harder to please their customer. I just hope my registration and plates come in and they get them to me before the temporary expires. Also heads up to anyone buying a new or used car, they try to charge you for window etching refuse to pay!!! Its their job to make you think you have to pay for it but you do not!! if the etching has already been done on the vehicle or if you are buying new and it has already been done on the new vehicle you also do not have to pay because you did not request it !!!! I do have to say the guy who did all of our paperwork was absolutely wonderful!!! I wish I could remember his name. As far as them returning phone calls, dont hold your breath!!! More
