Bought a used car from these clowns, their doc fees are DOUBLE what they are anywhere else which ridiculous due to the fact that they DON’T PROCES Bought a used car from these clowns, their doc fees are DOUBLE what they are anywhere else which ridiculous due to the fact that they DON’T PROCESS DOCUMENTS They were supposed to take care of the registration for me which is standard and Im guessing they didn't do the paperwork until I called with 5 days left on the temporary plate and reminded them. At this point I CANNOT DRIVE MY NEW CAR because my temporary plate is now expired and they don’t know when my actual plate is coming in. Its been 2 weeks since my temp plates expired and IM PAYING FOR A CAR THAT I CANNOT LEGALLY DRICE DUE TO THEIR POOR PAPERWORK DEPT. Their solution was a loaner car for me although it’s ILLEGAL for me to drive an unlicensed vehicle to go pick it up. The manager refused to deliver one to me so it’s a pointless solution. Performance auto group is a joke, they're more interested in their greasy suits than actually sending in your paperwork.once you're out the door here they screw you. But yes they're nice while they screw you over. More
