Purchased our first in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the early 70's having been impressed by a hatchback owned by friends in Port-au-Prince. There have been BMW's and VW's and Audi's and Jeeps in between, in places like London and Chappaqua and Singapore, but styling and reliability have made me a Honda fan. Route 23 Honda is a very professionally run and presented dealership. We've purchased or leased at least 8 vehicles over the past 13 years, and only serviced them there, even though they are at least 30 minutes further away than closer dealerships. The service visits have been because the service staff and work are exceptionally nice, good, flexible and fast,and the ambience is fine. The purchases/leases have been because, largely, of a salesman named Ron Siegel. I am sure he has colleagues equally qualified, but we feel lucky to have met and worked with him over these years. Straightforward, attentive, focussed on our wishes. Works for us, literally - tries hard to make things happen well and fast. Today, energized the whole team to leave us with a new CR-V -- my favorite vehicle -- in 2 1/2 hours on a Friday evening. If it were not for NJ paperwork, we'd have been out a lot faster. Scott Simon helped with the office end, and we felt as if we'd won a football match. Another very good experience. These guys are professional in the best sense. (I have an auto family background and an auto finance resume - I know.) It is a very good dealership with a great product line. If you go there enough, you might even meet the owner, who I gather is a large Newfoundland puppy. More

Dino goes above and beyond My mother has worked with Dino for several years and I knew I wanted a Honda as my first car, so I specifically made the trip from DC (where I live no My mother has worked with Dino for several years and I knew I wanted a Honda as my first car, so I specifically made the trip from DC (where I live now) to work with Dino and purchase a 2016 Fit. I was worried about the whole process, given my out-of-state status and DC's slightly confusing laws regarding taxes on out-of-state vehicles. Dino did his due diligence and called DC-area Honda dealers who informed him of the rules, looked up DC laws, etc. He reassured me that he would take care of everything and that Route 23 Honda would handle my registration and tags in the time before my NJ non-resident temporary tags expired, which is today. I'm happy to say that the office manager, Wendy (who has also been delightful and communicative) confirmed this morning that my tags arrived and they are being overnighted, as Dino promised they would be.
