VERY TALKATIVE BUT INFORMATIVE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN "BLUE TOOTH" AND OTHER GADGETS ON THE CAR. ALSO SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY. FIRST HE TOOK THE EZPASS TRANSPONDER OFF THE WINDSHIELD (WHICH I TOTALLY FORGOT) AND THEN HE CONVINCED THE MANAGER TO INCLUDE THE ROOF RACK AND RAILS BECAUSE WE ARE "LOYALTY CUSTOMERS"...WE'VE BOUGHT 5 CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SO FAR.
