She was knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking at, and always took the time to follow through on any questions that required additional research. We appreciated the fact that when Laura did not have all the answers to our questions, that she was honest enough to say so, and would seek out someone who could assist. We also have always enjoyed the layout of both the sales floor and the Service Center, with it's open environment and glass walls that makes both purchasing a vehicle and waiting for any maintenance service on an existing auto, a lot less stressful.
