You expect a sea of piranhas right when you walk in but you actually get people who greet you and keep it moving, they don’t harass you, but they will help you if you look lost. Horrible experience Long wait just to get oil change. Being asianindian felt like I was ignored. 3 service reps were busy 2 on computer and one snacking. Nobody even greeted me.one look And back to what they were doing. It was only after an African American family Showed up thing started moving . With the oil change I specifically requested To check tire pressure. When I got the car after oil change and driving few miles I got the * check pressure light Moreover my car was washed with dirty or used water from previous wash. My car windows and sides and even windshield had muddy spots all over. I had to spend $30.00 for wash and $ 15 for tire pressure. No more service with rat 23 Honda. I am taking up this matter with Honda Corporate Thanks but no thanks More
