I came to Route 23 Honda looking to buy a new vehicle, seeing as my old one was about to kick the bucket. Whilst there I encountered a car dealer named Fred. He called me immediately when that car arrived, I went over, took a test drive, bought it and took it home the very same day. This experience was stress free because Ron handled the negotiation with respect and consideration ofy budget. Therefore, it went very quickly, smoothly and haggle free.. Ron spent a lot of time showing me the cars features and how to use them, including the navigator which was different and more sophisticated than the one I had in my 2005 Honda Pilot. He didn't let me leave until he was confident that I understood how to use the featurs properly. I request Ron as my saleman because in 2005 he assisted a young, new salesman in selling me my 2005 Honda Pilot and I liked the caring, knowledgeable way he treated me at the time. The service staff and business manager also did an excellent and prompt job to expedite things so that I was able to take the car home that very same day. My husband and I visited Rt. 23 Honda on 5/28/11 to renew our leave on Honda Accord. Our lease was expiring soon and we wanted to take a new lease car. Though we did not have an appointment, our salesman Mike Wadhwa, was avaiable to sit down with us and to go over all available options. He showed us the car that we were interested in and we have quickly agreed on the terms on the lease. The paperwork was done very quickly and correctly based on the information from past leases by Sonny under Mike's guidance and supervision. We drove out in a FABULOUS car after less than an hour an a half from start to finish. More
