I had done plenty of research, read the reviews and driven competitive trucks before I arrived so I didn't need help choosing my vehicle or trim level. David must have recognized this since he did not attempt the process of helping me choose the proper Honda product to meet my needs. Based on his approach to sales, I'm confident he would have guided me to the Ridgeline. When it came to choosing the dealer installed options, that's where David was very helpful. It's no secret that the cost of these options can add up quickly so together, we chose them carefully. When it came time to pick the specific vehicle and color, there was none on the lot. However, within a week, David was able to get one for me to inspect, even before I agreed to buy from him. Perhaps this was coincidence but it did tell me how dedicated the Rt 23 Honda team was to putting me in the vehicle I chose. Before I committed, I visited another dealership and while they were adequate, I did not get the same feeling that I got from Rt 23 Honda. That experience, the financing options and the incentives offered made my decision to buy from Rt 23 Honda an easy one. When I picked up the vehicle, David carefully introduced me to the various features and settings. He helped me pair my iPhone and choose my favorite XM radio stations. When it was time to decide on an extended warranty, I met with their finance person who, like David, was very personable and professional. I've waited three weeks since my purchase to make sure there were no issues. There haven't been any and with Honda's reputation for quality, I don't expect there to be any. More
