We had no intention of charging you another diagnostic fee and we tried to do everything we could to repair your vehicle in a timely manner. The service report said "No full diagnoses was completed. If customer returns diag fee still applies. 130.00+tax to diag. Will take multiple days". Does that not mean an additional 130.00 + tax? And yes, I've been asking to discuss this further for five days. No manager has reached out to me.
