Exceptional Theoughout the last 2 months I had been searching for a new vehicle since my lease was coming to an end. I looked at countless websites and brands. I Theoughout the last 2 months I had been searching for a new vehicle since my lease was coming to an end. I looked at countless websites and brands. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew it had to be within my budget. I walked into Honda without much hope and lots of stress. I was really overwhelmed. However, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted with a warm smile by Jay Vargas. He patiently asked me questions to gage my interests in a car and before I knew it, he had the perfect vehicle selected. He gave me a few options, showed and explained each one in the FREEZING cold, and took me for a test drive in the car I am currently obsessed with. It's like he knew me better than I knew myself! The process was quick and painless. I've literally spent all day at dealerships in past experiences but not this time. He explained everything in detail and even helped me switch my insurance. Later, I was walked over to Wilson Feliciano who also made the process quick and easy. Both of these gentleman were extremely personable and such a great help! More
