No hassels! I had been in the market for a new Honda for several months to replace my 2002 Accord. I had decided on the 2017 Civic EX with Honda sensing. I researched Route 23 Honda on their website and saw they had the car in stock and received an email from Anthony in a very short time inviting me in. When I met Anthony in person I explained that I knew what I wanted and asked him to make the decision buying process easy for me. He and the entire team did that by giving me a very competitive price and a fair deal on my trade in. The entire process from start to finish, including a test drive, was less that 2 hours and I drove home in my new car. I highly recommend Route 23 Honda!!! More

(I am 32 years old, have never owned/leased a car, and decided it was time to put my big girl pants on and be an adult). While I was excited for this momentous event, I was sure that I was doomed to the stereotypical "used car salesman" experience and would end up getting hosed in the end. I went as far as preparing to stand my ground/walk away as to not be pressured into anything. Well, it turns out that I didn't need to use any of my advanced defense tactics because I had a truly pleasant experience. My salesman, Nick Sari, was warm, friendly and patient. He listened to my needs and didn't rush me when I needed to understand every little detail and check out every possible option. It was when I was ready to move forward that we did so, at my pace. Nick made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process and went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. The finance associate, Sunny, was also a pleasure to work with and was happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. He took the time to get me acquainted with the dealership, offered me refreshments and really showed me he wasn't just looking to make a sale off of me. After getting the opportunity to get to know each other for a bit, he made the transition into meeting my car buying needs seamless. I eventually was fortune enough to get what I felt was a stellar deal on an Accord Hybrid. Jay walked me through the vehicle features and what I should expect should something go south. You can label Honda as a non Luxury brand if you'd like, but there's no denying Jay Vargas and Route 23 Honda provide a Luxury buying experience! More
