I purchased a new vehicle here after a hard sell TL:DR--- Think of every typical negative thing said about dealerships and this location did it. I purchased a new vehicle here after a hard sell and paid the standard documentation fee all dealerships have. Typically in the past I would receive a refund check when picking up my new plates at the dealership if the actual cost at the DMV is less than what I paid. My receipt showed it was less than what I paid however there was no refund check when I picked up my plates at this dealership. I was rudely told I need to read everything before signing. I felt like this dealership, for a lack of better wording, "nicked and dimed" me during the sale and kept the difference from the documentation fee. I would advise to visit more convenience location than this this one which is far out in the middle of nowhere. More
