My Service Advisor Bryan Kelly is knowledgeable, honest and thorough! Bryan is always looking out for me and makes sure that my Fit and CRV are well taken care of. If there is an impending repair or service looming, Bryan Kelly makes sure to get the work done in a way that actually saves me money by doing jobs that are in the same area under the hood, all at the same time so that I'm not paying any more labor than I absolutely have to. As long as Bryan Kelly is with Route 23 Honda, I won't be going anywhere else. Dealership manager Mike Murphy and his staff make me feel right at home. Mike makes sure that all of his employees are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I never, ever have to wait very long for my service to be completed, and all repairs are done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The dealership has never been run better since he took over! Mike Murphy is a real gem! On the sales side, salesman Ron Siegel is great to work with. He knows his products thoroughly and can answer any question asked, right off the top of his head. He is never pushy, gives customers plenty of space and always looks to put his customers behind the wheel of the vehicle that is right for THEM, not the car that makes him the most commission. I've had my Honda Accord since 2 days before Super-Storm Sandy and I have yet to have a negative experience with the Honda folks. The last visit I was helped by Kelly Mcintyre and some of the service techs to track down why I was having tire issues. Now I am coming back to rate my wonderful experience with the Service Department. Everything was easy and fast. I made an appointment with Mary Ellen and when I brought my car in, I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Frost. Everybody over by Route 23 Honda is very efficient and everything is working like an well oiled machine. I was given a loaner for the few hours that my car needed to be in, which was a very pleasant surprise for me. I wasn't used to such an outstanding customer service. Coming from Crestmont Toyota, it was like coming from the dark ages to the 21st century. I wasn't yet finished with my paperwork when Bill pointed to my loaner that was already in front of the door. The car was running and I just had to go in and drive. I've never had such a great experience in the past. Bill called me when my car was ready and when I came back he was kind, pleasant, answered all my questions and took me to my car that was waiting for me. I also saw Mary Ellen, who is such a nice good person, always with a smile on her face and ready to help. I am very impressed with everything I've experienced with Route 23 Honda. I feel very safe knowing that this dealership is standing behind everything that I might need in the future. Thank you Mary Ellen and Bill from the Service Department. Front End Vibration I took my car for a Front end Vibration issue and the dealership had me replace rear brake rotors, buy 3 new tires, and were unable to correct the pro I took my car for a Front end Vibration issue and the dealership had me replace rear brake rotors, buy 3 new tires, and were unable to correct the problem with my car, This dealership had me spend $990.14 on 2 rear rotors and 3 tires, what a RIP OFF, and on top off that my car is driving and VIBRATING worse than when I brought in for service it feels as if the front end drive train is going to fall out. The staff there are unwilling to help Latin American Customers even though they speak the Language, that's disgraceful. More
