I am new to the area from Virginia and stopped in to set an appointment. The service staff were very welcoming and friendly & Bryan even scheduled my oil change for New Years so I could avoid the predicted an appointment. What's Good: Speed, hours, availability of loaner cars. Staff is well trained in customer service, though some are less pleasant than others. What's Not: Every time I pull the car in, before I ha cars. Staff is well trained in customer service, though some are less pleasant than others. What's Not: Every time I pull the car in, before I have even dropped it off, the person writing up the service request attempts to sell me on a laundry list other services they "recommend" be performed. Never mind they haven't even looked at the car, these often add up to hundreds of dollars. I contacted Honda Corporation and read the list of services, asking if they were necessary. The answer, "no". I am certain many people who rely on a service center to tell them what their car needs end up paying for what I would call "Unnecessary Surgery" in the auto world. I also know this particular dealer is not alone in this practice, as the quick-lube place near me does the same thing. You go in for a $20 oil change and they want to sell you $400 worth of other things your car "needs". At best it's annoying. At worst it's confusing and costly. That aside, I still take my car there, mostly because it's new and under warranty. More
I've been with this dealership for over 15 years and have always been treated well by all personnel. This is the first car that I'm buying rather than leasing! Their service dept. is second to none!! Courteous, efficient and always helpful in every respect. You couldn't find a better run dealership! I rate them 5 stars in every department!!! More

I have dealt with many dealers before and Honda 23 ices the cake. I have never been treated so well and so accommodating at a dealership like this. Last Monday my husband brought in my CRV to have a tire repaired and a new tire put on my car. He waited 2 hours, was charged $149 (for a new tire) and came home. Upon further inspection it was found tha repaired and a new tire put on my car. He waited 2 hours, was charged $149 (for a new tire) and came home. Upon further inspection it was found that the tire was just repaired, not replaced as agreed with J. Lent. My husband returned the next day, another 2 hours, when it was supposedly rectified. Came home and inspected the tire and it was the same old tire. On the third visit , after a total of 5 hours waiting time we finally had a new tire. I find this to be extremely deceptive. Subsequently I was called my Mary Ellen and asked about my experience. I told her the story. No real response. The next day I receive an e-mail asking me to rate the service. Is this a joke? Again on the day after another call asking us to rate the service. More
