I thought Route 23 Honda was a stand up legitimate dealership well I was wrong. I leased a 2010 Honda Odyssey from them for obvious reasons...I have 3 boys under 5 years old. Yesterday morning attempt dealership well I was wrong. I leased a 2010 Honda Odyssey from them for obvious reasons...I have 3 boys under 5 years old. Yesterday morning attempting to take them to school the Odyssey failed me or should I say the battery failed me dead as a door nail. After waiting an hour for AAA services we finally concluded that a replacement battery was the only option especially for the fact that I didn’t want to get stuck with 3 young kids in the cold weather. I called Route 23 Honda to get reimbursed for the $128.40 purchase that was still under warranty and they said since someone other than them installed the battery I was out of luck and out in the cold again. Instead of standing behind the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty they chose to tell me too bad for me and my family. I am scheduled to return this vehicle in April of 2013 and they will have inherited a 6 month old battery that they will sell as new I'm sure. Well mark my words no one in my family nor friends will ever deal with Honda or Rt 23 Honda again all for a $128.40 battery that should have never went bad in the first place. More
I brought in my van for some repair work on the door. They did not open the door but somehow knew that EVERY part inside the door needed to be replaced. When I finally realized they were just robbing me, I asked to take my van back. They tried everything they could to not let me...they are liars and thieves. I ended up taking my van to another shop, funny thing, all the parts they were going to replace did not need to be replaced BUT the door shell was beyond repair. I can not imagine what the outcome would have been if I let these con men work on my vehicle. More
I have always received excellent and prompt service. Everyone is always respectful and willing to answer any questions I have. The service reps have recommended other services that have prevented major breakdowns before they could cost me time and money. My 2006 Odyssey is the third one I have owned and I will always choose Honda and this dealership when I am in the market for a replacement vehicle. Ron Siegal is also one of the best car sales people anywhere. More
What a great group of people. This dealership is state of the art and one of the finest Honda dealerships in the country. I stopped by Parts department to buy an oil change filter and the process was so of the art and one of the finest Honda dealerships in the country. I had brake pads installed on 2011 civic after 16k miles. I was charged $250.00 dollars for the job. I researched the cost and feel that I was over charged by at least $75.00. I revisited the the dealer again for an oil change and tire rotation was charged 61.00 which is ridiculous. My mistake was going to get robbed a second time. I used to bring my 2008 Honda odyssey for simple maintenance ... Oil change, they couldn't handle it, oil spills in a new vehicle, sends it back to the eighties, so when you drive you will smell the maintenance ... Oil change, they couldn't handle it, oil spills in a new vehicle, sends it back to the eighties, so when you drive you will smell the burned oil from the careless service "certified" techs. Then when my van was recalled for some problem with braking, they disconnected the battery terminal and trashed the engine compartment with battery green corrosion pieces, they didnt bother using some air to clean it. I sold the van a year ago, I just want to inform others who car about theirs cars, and care about the reselling value More

I BOUGHT MY ACCORD IN DECEMBER 2010. EVERY THING HAS BEEN QUITE PERFECT. THE CAR IS GREAT THE DEALERSHIP IS WONDERFUL AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TOPS. Though I did not purchase my Odyssey from this dealership, I would not go anywhere else but here to have it serviced. Unfortunately, I have had to have my vehicle serviced an unusual number of ti dealership, I would not go anywhere else but here to have it serviced. I remember at least 2 recalls, in addition to too many incidental problems for a new vehicle, as well as regularly scheduled service. Each and every time, I have been given the utmost courtesy, I have been greeted in a friendly manner and I was always given the impression that the service representative genuinely cared about making my experience as pleasant and convenient as possible. This was especially evident when I repeatedly returned for the same problem recently. Rather than dismiss my claims of what I was certain was a problem in my van, Steve persevered and eventually found and corrected the problem without ever making me feel as though my claims were unfounded. I am sure that the manner of courtesy extended to me by this particular service representative has resulted in my decision to keep the van and purchase the extended warranty. Steve and his department have earned the confidence I have in them. More
In the past my experience with Honda was luke warm at best. Longer waits than expected, technicians not as friendly etc, etc. In the past several months, I have had my car serviced 3 times and each time best. She is a breath of fresh air. She is friendly and attentive. I realize this dealership is very busy, and tecs may not have time to "chat". Poppy takes a little extra time to make sure that all your car's needs are addressed. It's amazing that one person can make such a difference! Thanks Poppy. More
