Louis Popek I recently had a problem with my Ridgeline. I called in the afternoon to see how soon I could bring it in, hoping it could be as early as the next day I recently had a problem with my Ridgeline. When I arrived, I was greeted and taken care of by Louis Popek, and he could not have been more pleasant or helpful to deal with. The next day Lou called me early in the day to explain what the problem was and after giving him the green light to do the repairs, my Ridgeline was fixed and ready to go within a few hours. People like Louis Popek and the great staff and service I always get at Rt. 23 Honda is the reason I have been a loyal Rt.23 Honda customer since 1991. In fact, when I became a customer, they still referred to themselves as Fairfield Honda having only recently moved to their current location. Quick and Efficient I had trouble starting my car, and had to use a portable battery starter.
