I came to this dealership 45 years ago because someone I worked with DECADES ago said that their family bought cars from them for generations. My experience has not been this good. Service is wonderful and they get me in and out in a very reasonable time while always getting everything done. Sales is a different story. I bought my leased car and on Friday I had my oil changed and my new plates put on. The sales mgr would not take them to the MVC. If this is some crazy NJ law (like not being able to pump your own gas) nobody explained this, so I can only assume the said manager is changing his name to a short version of Richard. I also heard you can save $THOUSANDS by shopping direct from Honda. More

Not sure if worth the 20 minute drive for a scheduled oil change. Waited 2 hours and car wash broken 😞. They should perhaps consider an offer of free tire rotation. $40 seems expensive. Recently got my free oil change at route 23 Honda and paid $44 for a tire rotation Marked my tires at work with a piece of soapstone before I went When service was completed noticed only two tires rota paid $44 for a tire rotation Marked my tires at work with a piece of soapstone before I went When service was completed noticed only two tires rotated contacted the manager showed him my marks and he gave me a $30 credit for the next day rotation Truly believe nothing will come out of this as far as some type of punishment for the mechanic Purchased my Honda Ridgeline there absolutely love the truck love the free oil changes for life but I will still continue to mark my tires More

My Tech Advisor, Poppy Carver, was just the BEST! She did all she could, to get me the best price for my service work. The tech that did the work did me a great favor - he fixed a problem with my driver's si all she could, to get me the best price for my service work. The tech that did the work did me a great favor - he fixed a problem with my driver's side window that I NEVER EVEN MENTIONED - he took the initiative to fix it, simply because he found it.
