All were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and eager to make a deal, without being pressuring. I have always owned Ford trucks, and recently was quoted a price on a new Ford 150, but after my visit to Precision, I am now seriously considering the purchase of a new 1500 Laramie. I was pleased with the truck that I test drove, and I feel I was offered a good deal. More

We went in looking for a new vehicle and were talked into a used 2004 model. It smelled of smoke, but, they said that they would detail it. 6 months later we FINALLY got rid of the smoke ourselves. We were also told to come back in 6 months and refinance as we were just outside being able to get a better rate. We went back and "that employee no longer works here. Call Chrysler." and that was about it. They didn't want to do squat for us! Seems they only care about the sale and not the long term relationship! Stay away! More
