The Sales and Leasing Consultant Rich Phillips gave us the best deal, a real value for money. He recommended us the features for the car and gave us the car just a little above the factory value. He made us do the test drive, gave us a lot of time to think on the various options and then talked about financing, insurance and everything under the sky so that we as a customer feel valued and are honored. The car that we wanted was not available and so within a day or two he got us the car from someplace and he installed the features that we wanted. The manager Sunil was exceptional too. Since I never leased, I wanted to make sure I did all my homework so I could make an informed decision about which car would be best for me. I felt alone going in because I didn't bring anyone with me who could tell me whether or not I was getting a good deal. When I pulled up to Nissan33, I was greeted by Kioh Shim. Kioh was VERY patient with me, and VERY professional. I explained to him my financial limitations, and he did all he could to meet them...truly. I actually left after my first visit without leasing, because that was the first dealership I went to, and I didn't want to rush my decision. Kioh called me a few days later to see how my search was going, and I informed him that I was still searching. After countless test drives, dealerships, and negotiations, I ended up back at Nissan33...where the journey first began. They provided me not only with the best deal, but the best customer service as well.
