The salesman kept putting me off for three hours saying the paperwork is almost ready. The business was closed when I signed the paperwork. I was never told the financed amount and neglected to ask. My first bill showed that I financed $23,000. The sale price was just under $19,000. My trade in and cash came to $10,000. With the extras I purchased and tax I figured the financed amount should have been around $17,000. I met with the manager. I showed him my figures from the sales certificate I was given. He left and got other paperwork that I didn't have saying more numbers had to be added to my final price. These numbers I did not have increased the amount financed to the $23,000. Don't be stupid like me. Check everything before you leave even if you spend the whole night there waiting for the paperwork to be ready. More

I was told there would be no upfront out of pocket expenses. We shook hands and I drove my newly leased car home. I shortly received a $450 invoice from Nissan, and I called the dealership and they assured me that they would take care of it. A month later, I get another invoice from Nissan. They never paid the invoice they promised to pay. A week after leasing the new car, the rear tire had a slow leak. I took the car to the service department, and I was told that tire needed to be replaced for $315. I took it to my local service station, and they plugged the hole for $25. More

Following up from a previous review, the experience continues. During the purchase process, all interactions seemed normal and sales/sales manager was attentive and supportive. This has slowly changed from the moment I arrived to sign paper work and still 30 days later. Car had a current service light on which I was told by the dealership was simply not reset during their 190+ vehicle inspection. Reality is, the service light was related to a vehicle recall the was triggered shortly before the dealer took initial ownership of the vehicle, never repaired and never notified me of the recall either during the purchase process. I have requested the service records from multiple people, through multiple modalities, multiple times and the question is continually ignored. Additionally, the temporary tags issued have now expired fon the vehicle and I have several messages out to the dealership (my sales rep and sales manager) requesting information/updates on when I should be receiving them. I have received 0 responses and the vehicle is parked at this time until resolved. Again, I plan to follow up with additional reviews around the entire experience if not addressed and will begin additional reporting as necessary. The overall experience is unacceptable thus far. I asked several times what their interest rate would be and they “had to check” but never gave me an answer. Very dishonest and they (Tyler, Zach, Charly, Mike(? big guy in the back office where you’ll sign off) don’t disclose terms up front. They didn’t bother to mount the license plate. They never mentioned there was no second key, didn’t offer to have one made - with all the other nonsense that could’ve been an easy gesture. Then, the audacity to ask if I “give massages” by their retiree shop tech, Ronny(?). Forget arbitration, you’re asking for a police report. More

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would! They’ll get you a car but they’ll scam you in the process. They had me put a 6,000 down payment on a 22,000 dollar car and somehow I still owed 25,000 on my loan and that’s before interest. I was told the down payment was going towards the cars cost but it clearly did not. If you’re looking for a car shop around first, don’t be foolish like me. They will try to sweet talk you and say it’s your credit or something else but it’s not. They just want more money for their pockets. Singh my car dealer was nice but a con and they registered my vehicle to the wrong address so getting my new registration was a nightmare. I even called Singh asking for help and he never called back after saying he would. Simply put, stay away from this place and if they claim they’re giving you a good deal, walk away, go to other dealerships and you’ll find out it’s not a good deal! Doesn’t matter if it’s the color or car you want the prices they list are lies and they’ll try to take more. I only try to leave positive reviews but what they’re doing at this dealership shouldn’t be legal. With the amount of people reporting the same problem it should be a class action lawsuit. If you financed a vehicle and you’re happy, please pay attention to your financials. It is not worth going into more debt then you can handle for a car or these cons! More

Today, my temporary registration has expired and my daughter who is a student in NY is driving without it. More
