She makes sure that I am always made sur I have to say that she is by far the most courteous ,professional and helpful person I have ever dealt with. She makes sure that I am always made sure of all the details regarding any repairs that need or are being made, and if there is a time where it might take a little longer she goes and makes sure to let me know she is doing what she can to get everything completed I have chosen to always work with her because I know things will get done and that she will make me as comfortable as possible and do whatever it takes to make sure before leaving everything is taken care of. It wasn't a Hyundai... and it didn't matter I was looking for a Buick -- and got a lead from a program at work on a Lacrosse, so we headed for Raynham. It was a run from southern Rhode Island, I was looking for a Buick -- and got a lead from a program at work on a Lacrosse, so we headed for Raynham. It was a run from southern Rhode Island, and in poor weather, but we got there and were giving the car the initial once-over when 'Hyundai Dave' appeared and started providing us with service. He worked with us and gave us pretty much what we asked for my rickety trade-in while offering the Buick at a price WELL below Blue Book. He shepherded us through the registration and loan payoff and setup processes and got us to a payment very close to what we had set for a target, and when a minor issue surfaced in the Buick, he handled that, too. He did an awesome job and we're VERY satisfied. Sandra F. More
