Terrific "Tech Guy" I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Hyundai Santa Fe on December 29th and went back on December 31st to pick up my registration and sign up for the I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Hyundai Santa Fe on December 29th and went back on December 31st to pick up my registration and sign up for the Bluelink service. Dale Esker greeted me immediately upon my arrival and had my paperwork all ready for me. He was extremely helpful in explaining the benefits of the Bluelink service and within a few minutes I was signed up and ready to go. I also had a couple of questions regarding my new car, and Dale took the time to answer my questions ~ he even went out and sat in the car with me to explain some of the "bells and whistles" that came with the car. Not once did I feel hurried, and Dale made sure that I was comfortable with the operations of the car and that my questions were answered. Before I left, he gave me his card and let me know that if I had any other questions or concerns about the car, to give him a call and he would assist me in whatever I needed.
